  • Definitions
    1. Third-party Provider, hereby referred to as “Providers”, is service provider that provides the products, services, and policies to customers.
    2. “Users”, or customers, are the end-users who use our websites.
    3. “Products” refers to the products displayed on GoCompare’s website. 
    4. Method of access: Users access the above-mentioned websites with their devices, such as desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, etc.
    5. The medium of transaction: For products that require users to hop off to the Providers’ sites, GoCompare will act as a referrer site only, hence the transaction that happens on Providers’ sites is not in GoCompare’s control. For products that require payment on GoCompare, users can pay using credit or debit cards. GoCompare can extend to use other payment methods as it is deemed necessary.

  • Governing Law
    1. Any relationship or contract between GoCompare and its users in Singapore is governed by the prevailing Singapore law.

    1. As an individual who is a user of our website or otherwise as a user of the services provided by GoCompare, these Terms and Conditions are intended to apply to your use of the Websites and GoCompare’s services.

Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Websites.     5. GoCompare is paid a fee by Third Party Providers for the goods, facilities, and services provided. Regardless of which Third Party Service Provider you obtain your products or services from, you will be responsible for paying for any settlement or closing costs associated with your products or services.
    6. GoCompare does not charge you a fee for its service in matching you with Third Party Service Providers unless otherwise stated. All effort is taken to derive the most prices, however, the information is provided for estimation purposes only and should not be considered as completely accurate
    7. All copyrights are held by GoCompare Pte. Ltd., any attempts to copy or reproduce any portion of this site (including information, styles, graphics, scripts) in part or in whole is protected by the copyright law. Anyone found in violation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All the price stated on GoCompare Singapore website (https://GoCompare.sg) is in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Exclusions of Liability
    1. GoCompare excludes all liability in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any direct or indirect economic losses or damages suffered from the use of this website.
