ABSOLUTE PILATES was created in 2008 and is part of ABSOLUTE YOU — Asia’s largest boutique fitness brand, established in 2002.
Our goal is to make Pilates Reformer accessible to everyone. Forging close partnerships and carrying out in-depth research with global Pilates Reformer leaders, Absolute Pilates launched a unique Group Pilates Reformer Experience that comprises a holistic workout – working your mind, body and heart. Immersive in its nature and all-encompassing in its approach, our classes are designed to give you an effective and functional exercise that stays true to the core principles of Pilates in a dynamic group environment.
