FLOR Pâtisserie is a Japanese-styled patisserie serving authentic Japanese-inspired French pastry. We believe strongly in honest baking with the finest ingredients. This is why we take pride in using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients in our pastries, sourced from countries like Japan, Belgium, France, Malaysia, Thailand and locally. We do not use any artificial stabilizers, agents or preservatives; not even a speck of baking powder is used in our cakes & pastries. The soft yet moist quality of FLOR’s cakes is achieved from the natural aeration of eggs being whipped to their full peak, the careful emulsification of melted butter through the expert folding action of our chefs’ hands, and the precise timing and temperature of baking in the oven. To ensure our customers receive the highest quality of cakes, all fresh cream pastries that are not sold at the end of the day are disposed of.
