About the Company
JOVEN Electric Co Sdn.Bhd., the brainchild of our founder Mr.James Y.G.Tan was established on 12 Oct 1983.The idea came about with the intention to produce more affordable water heaters, so that we do not have to depend on more expensive imported water heaters. JOVEN was the 1st Malaysian Electric Water Heater Manufacturer in Malaysia. As a small start-up in1983, JOVEN began producing its very first water heater from its factory in Klang, Malaysia, and we have now expanded into a 118,000 sq.ft. manufacturing plant and exporting to 11 countries with a workforce of about 120workers. Innovation at its very core, JOVEN always believes in safety and reliability in all of its products. Joven brings innovation home with the introduction of home appliances products, from Instant Water Heaters, Storage Water Heaters, Multipoint Water Heaters, Water Purifiers, Centralized Automatic Domestic Water Pumps to DC ceiling fans.
