Mummy Baby Care is a postnatal and newborn education service founded by Sharon, a certified baby care instructor and mother of two. Born from her personal struggle with postpartum depression and anxiety, the company transforms her decade of dedicated learning and practice into compassionate, evidence-based guidance for new parents. Specializing in the science of postnatal recovery and infant care, Mummy Baby Care empowers families and trains infant care teachers to build confidence, reduce stress, and ensure the best possible start for both mother and baby.
