Tasked by her sister who had just given birth to bake lactation cookies, Simone Wang realised how expensive off the shelf lactation cookies were and decided to start making them for other mummies who were looking for affordable alternatives. This young baker is not afraid to experiment with new flavours and aside from the standard chocolate flavours in the market, she also offers earl grey flavoured cookies.
