Prior to being known as ‘Theraply’, our company was reknowned for it’s pregnancy care and postpartum recovery expertise. After close to two decades, we decided that it is time to include healthy and nutritious confinement meals that really improves the recovery of a woman after going through childbirth. Our food selection menu is based on the traditional Chinese style confinement, and tweaked to not have the bitter medicinal taste that others in the market have. All confinement meal sets are prepared in a hygienic environment and handled by certified food handlers, and subsequently packed into sterile containers to ensure the health and safety of every customer that has entrusted their postnatal recovery to us.
