About the Company
Toa Payoh Vets Pte Ltd is a private small-animal practice in Singapore. It was started in 1982 by Dr Sing Kong Yuen, BVMS (Glasgow) to provide a personalised boutique service to Singapore pet owners who wish to consult the same vet for their pet care. In giving back to the pet community, we conduct clinical research and present them in Be Kind To Pets and in our YouTube videos. We focus on dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, pet rats, birds, rabbits and terrapins.
