The inspection covers all related defects to all finishing and furnishing from ceiling, wall, floor, cabinets, wardrobes, doors, windows, to appliances and fittings. It includes checks on the plumbing, electrical and data points as well as water ponding and water leakages/seepages. We do not only look at aesthetic and functional defects but most importantly on safety aspect too
